2. Scope

This Policy applies to all personal information we process as a responsible party, whether you supply it directly, we collect it automatically (e.g., cookies) or obtain it lawfully from third parties.

6. Disclosure

We never sell your data. We may share it:
• With service providers under POPIA-compliant contracts (ss 20–21).

• With regulators, courts or law-enforcement when required.
• During a business transfer, provided safeguards are in place.

7. Cross-border transfers

Personal information will only leave South Africa if the conditions in Section 72 POPIA are met (adequate protection, your consent, contract necessity, etc.).

Our site uses essential and analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function.

9. Security safeguards

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures—encryption in transit, access controls, periodic reviews—to protect against loss, unauthorised access or unlawful processing, as required by Section 19 POPIA.

10. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose collected or as required by law, after which it is securely destroyed or de-identified (s 14).

11. Your POPIA rights

• Be notified of collection and security compromises.
• Request access to personal information we hold.
• Request correction, destruction or deletion of erroneous or unlawful data.
• Object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
• Not be subject solely to automated decision-making.
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator or seek civil remedies.

12. Direct marketing

We send electronic marketing only with your consent or as otherwise permitted by s 69. You can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

13. Third-party links

Our site may link to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may revise this Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, sent to you.
